Systems Limited & AWS co-host Horizons Exchange for the public sector

Thursday, October 26, 2023 - Systems Limited, a proud AWS partner, hosted Horizons Exchange, an exclusive roundtable with forward-looking insights on the transformation of the public sector using AWS cloud in today’s digital landscape. The roundtable was held at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad and featured technical demonstrations, highlighting Systems Limited's extensive industry knowledge and enduring collaboration with AWS. 

The event kicked off with Sarah Irfan from the marketing team highlighting reinvention as key driver of cloud innovation for modern businesses, that is redefining strategies across a diverse range of industries, particularly the public sector.  

The roundtable keynotes included redefining business strategy and culture that serve as digital transformation accelerators, how AWS can help enterprises scale through cloud-powered solutions, and how Systems Limited along with AWS can facilitate businesses to take the leap to the cloud.  

Abdullah Jamshed – VP of Cloud & Infra Services at Systems Limited, gave a discourse on “Transforming your Cloud Journey” where he stressed the importance of business innovation and implementing modern business models. He also provided a checklist that companies and technology professionals can take inspiration from to accelerate digital transformation.  

Next up, Hieu Lai – WWPS Solution Architect at AWS presented a synopsis of the company’s technology offerings, and how intelligent tools drive value for enterprises with industry best practices.  

Also present from Systems Limited at the roundtable were Hammad Uddin – AVP Cloud Services, Taha Hassan Malik – Managing Consultant Cloud Services, and Nabeel Hamid – Senior Managing Consultant Cloud Services who presented local trends, challenges, and opportunities in cloud adoption alongside customer testimonials.  

The Horizons Exchange roundtable hosted by AWS concluded with an engaging networking session, during which technology experts actively interacted with participants, addressing their inquiries related to both technical and business aspects.
