Khushhali Microfinance Bank transforms its Core Banking system with Temenos and Systems Limited

Khushhali Microfinance Bank, a leading microfinance bank in Pakistan, recently agreed with Temenos and Systems Limited to implement Temenos' Transact and Temenos Connect for digital channels. The project will be carried out by National Data Consultant (Systems Limited), a Systems Limited company and a regional partner of Temenos.  

Khushhali Bank holds the distinction of being Pakistan's first microfinance bank, established in 2000 as part of the government's efforts to alleviate poverty and foster the growth of the microfinance sector. Its shareholders include United Bank Limited (UBL), Bank Al Habib, and Credit Suisse Fund Management Company. 

Temenos and Systems Limited have established a strong presence in Pakistan, serving a diverse customer base that includes institutions like NIB Bank, Samba Bank, and Soneri Bank.
