Systems Limited breaking biases at International Women’s Day 2022

On March 8th, 2022, Systems Limited commemorated International Women’s Day (IWD) by taking a moment to celebrate the remarkable achievements of ordinary women who have played extraordinary roles in both their personal and professional spheres. 

The central theme for the 2022 International Women's Day was #breakthebias, aimed at challenging gender biases and stereotypes that impact women in their lives. 

Within the Systems Limited community, an insightful session was organized, led by our inspiring leaders. Ammara Masood openly shared her life's narrative, recounting her early career experiences, how she bravely confronted stereotypical perceptions in the workplace, and her dedicated efforts in transforming Systems Limited into a more inclusive environment for individuals of all genders. 

The remarkable contributions of the women at Systems Limited received well-deserved recognition from our Leadership team. Giveaways were distributed among the entire female workforce and a standout employee was honored with the title of Women of the Year 2022 in recognition of her exceptional contributions to the organization.
