Systems Limited Announces Acquisition of NdcTech for Digital Transformation Excellence

Systems Limited (PSX SYM: SYS), a prominent IT company with a global presence, has formally agreed to acquire the complete shareholdings of National Data Consultant (Pvt.) Limited (NdcTech). This includes its affiliated entities in the UAE and Singapore. NdcTech, a distinguished provider of core and digital banking implementation services, is renowned for its partnership with Temenos, benefiting major banks across Pakistan, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC. Regulatory approvals, anticipated in the coming weeks, stand as a prerequisite for finalizing this significant acquisition.
