Systems Arabia has announced a strategic partnership with Maharah Human Resources Company, a leading Saudi recruitment firm, marked by the project of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with Financials and SCM modules and the signing of an MoU for Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity service.

Through this strategic collaboration, Systems Arabia successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), encompassing both Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The system is fully integrated with Maharah's operational system, automating large transactions, and enhancing efficiency and accuracy. 

By leveraging the out-of-the-box features within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Systems Arabia will enable Maharah to achieve enhanced financial visibility, optimized procurement operations, and real-time, data-driven insights that support agile decision-making and operational efficiency.
 

The go-live ceremony of this project was celebrated at LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, with the leadership teams of Systems Arabia and Maharah in attendance. Further strengthening their collaboration, Systems Arabia and Maharah formalized their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement sets the foundation for future initiatives where Systems Arabia will deliver cutting-edge digital transformation and cybersecurity services, ensuring Maharah remains at the forefront of innovation in human resource management. The MoU was signed by Rao Hamid, General Manager, Systems Arabia and Bahrain, and Abdulaziz Al-Kathiry, CEO at Maharah, underscoring both organizations’ shared vision of leveraging technology to drive operational excellence, enhance security, and support long-term business growth.
