Systems Limited implements modern CRM solutions at PTCL and IGI-Drive
November 21, 2019
In November 2019, Lahore – Systems Limited has successfully delivered CRM projects for PTCL and IGI-Drive, recently.
PTCL management wanted to automate and modernize key business processes which were being handled manually for decades. Systems Limited initiated the “Lead to Quote” CRM project for PTCL in order to give them the best-automated solution in a timely manner.
The key benefits of the delivered solution included complete automation of Lead creation to Order confirmation processes and complete database maintenance. Moreover, this solution allows the PTCL team to reuse data from the modernized database, significantly reducing redundant activities and saving time. The executive reporting suite provides PTCL management real-time visibility and control over critical business areas like new and expected business, as well as pre-sales team performance. This solution has been rolled out all over Pakistan.
IGI-Drive, part of IGI Holdings Ltd., needed a single point of communication for customer enquiries and support requests. Customer information was being handled through multiple de-centralized systems and customers were routed to different departments.
Systems Limited implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrated it with their call centre, Key Telematics, and mobile apps to capture and monitor customer, insurance, and telemetric data.
IGI-Drive support agents are now enabled to provide enriched and improved customer support through one window solution around areas including policy details, real-time vehicle information, request for tracker installation or other services and track issues and unusual vehicle incidents
Our solution will support IGI-Drive’s growth from 1,200 customers to over 3,000 by the end of this year.
