Systems Limited Celebrates International Women’s Day, Collaborates with IBA & NU-FAST to Celebrate Women in IT

March 8, 2021 – Staying at the forefront of its commitment to create a diverse and inclusive workplace that benefits from the insightful experiences of the broadest range of people, Systems Limited celebrated the International Women’s Day 2021 with great zeal and excitement.

The organization celebrated this occasion in its own way by paying tributes to, and honouring the contribution of women who challenge the normal and strive towards the growth of Pakistan’s IT sector. In line with the global IWD 2021 campaign theme #ChooseToChallenge, the organization’s prominent female employees expressed their thoughts by sharing heartwarming, inspirational messages.

Toima Asghar, the company’s Chief Human Resource Officer spoke of equality, saying, “Equality doesn’t mean taking something away from men and giving it to women; it means giving both what they deserve. In addition to the female IT professionals, students of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and NU-FAST were also included in the celebrations. Academic achievements of top-performing female students from these institutions were also highlighted. One of them was Sana Lalpuria, a student at the IBA, who gave her version of what defines strength for a woman. “No boundaries, no fear and unlimited talent is what makes a woman strong,” said Sana.
