The client is an international consultancy that offers end-to-end project management services in architecture, civil and infrastructure development projects. The client required a solution that would help resolve several challenges like, lapses in cross-department communication that lead to delays in project execution and inaccurate revenue projection, wastage of resources due to inability to differentiate between allocated and idle resources, confusions about responsibilities caused by lack of organizational structure and inability to compute complicated project accounting for costs that risked profitability of projects. Systems Limited implemented Dynamics AX 2012 to manage and monitor end-to-end project tasks from proposal submission to implementation. It also served as a user-friendly communication portal for fast task execution. The deployment resulted in employee visibility and optimization, agile bidder evaluation process and optimized project management.
